Sun comes

It has only been a few days
till we celebrated the new life
that was given to all
so they would know they were loved
even then
Even then before
the sun had risen
on your grandparents great and great great all the way back
whom you never met
who who live in your bones
in your core
The sun would still shine
and the Son he had risen
and made us all family
with all on the earth

So we are connected
as sisters and brothers
filled with the life breath
that all creatures know
now are we living
and passing on our breath
for all of the children
yet now to come.
