My oh my

I saw a bird ..standing ON the water. It was chilly this morning in SW Oklahoma and there was enough ice on one pond for this bird to be standing on top of the water. It was a great sight.
There are times when life seems so odd for us that we feel like that bird... close to what we want but just standing there...
there are times when that happens to someone we love...we see them just close to what is good for them but then ..something happens and it isn't..
there are times when we feel like we are just 'isolated' and are standing there all alone.
but perhaps our being there has brought some interest to someone else
or we can show others that when it seems that the impossible is out of your reach...it can be there after all.

i've stood on water.. i've walked on water... .i've skated on water... and sometimes brought laughter to folk while they watched. Ah winter

let your life be lifted out of the ordinary. let your heart be filled with hope

go on....stand on that water... and walk..
